The menu and dishes are led by Chef Michael C. Toni, who has worked with DeLille for nearly two decades, hosting private events and wine dinners, as well as food and wine pairings in DeLille’s tasting room. Most recently, Chef Tony spearheads DeLille’s Date Night, a weekly dinner and wine experience that has been a huge success since COVID closed in March 2020.

We look forward to offering our customers a different and unique wine and food experience, said Tom Dugan, CEO of DeLille Cellars. Years ago, we walked the Burke-Gilman River and Sammamish River trails to Redhook, and we’re particularly excited about walking outside when the weather permits, especially with the Eastrail project that will bring more people to Woodinville on foot and bike, Mr. Dugan said.
The goal of our tasting room has always been to communicate and showcase the quality of world-class Washington wines. The lounge allows us to offer a more relaxed experience, both by the glass and in the evening, which is what our fantastic customers are looking for, adds Deb Stadelman, Director of Retail Operations at DeLille.

With the relocation of the basement and renovation of the old brewery, DeLille opened its headquarters at the Old Redhook Brewery in 2019. The restaurant expansion comes just over a year after DeLille opened its new three-story tasting room on the property, celebrating nearly three decades since the vineyard was established in 1992 (DeLille is celebrating its 30th vintage this fall).
The former Community Forecaster House has a long history in Woodinville as a meeting place since 1994, when the Redhook complex opened its doors. Sparkman Winery has also moved into the old Redhook brewery, with winemaking and a new tasting room in the former Redhook bottling plant.
